Betsy here this morning to share three cards I have made recently.
I know I have been keeping rather quite lately but as I have already said on my blog, life does keep getting in the way. It is all fun though and it does keep one out of mischief.
There is no rhythm or reason for these cards, just some I have had orders for etc. Trust you enjoy the viewing.
For Marion's card I have used the lovely Sue Wilson Die, Lattice Arched Adornment, CED6302. It is a super die and can be purchased at Artfull Crafts. There are many different ways to use this die so it does make it rather versatile.
Another gorgeous collection for Anne's card - Kaisercraft's Always and Forever has been a tremendous hit, the colours and combinations are stunning. For cutting this card I have used Cherry Lynn Step Card Die which is a firm Favourite. I have fussy cut the roses from one of the papers to adhere to the side edges. It is a Spelllbinder's Labels 20 Die that I have used, to make the frame round the sentiment.
Peter's card was a bit more difficult, being a male and I was not too sure what his interests were. Anyway, after a bit of detective work I came up with this one. I printed off a picture of London, from Pinterest, as they have just returned from an overseas holiday and for the base card I have gone with Kaisercraft's Wanderlust Collection and collectables. Apparently, it met with his approval.
That's it ladies, happy crafting and many blessings,
Betsy.

Michelle - Bon Appetit
I am so looking forward to catching up with Graham and Liz at the NZ Craft and Design show out in Christchurch tomorrow. Its on all weekend - hope to see some of you down there!
Today I am showcasing a layout made with the lovely Kaisercraft Bon Appetit range. Looking at the papers - one really wants to rush out and go and bake a cake to photograph, just to do a layout - this range is fabulous! Ok admittedly - I did not bake (let's say my culinary skills are somewhat lacking) - but I did have this fabulous photo of a chocolate cupcake that I bought to celebrate hubby's birthday - and it deserved being shown off!

I cut down the Bake paper, inked the edge and adhered this to cream cardstock, I then used a page out of the 6x6 Bon Appetit paper pad, and mounted the photo on red card stock and onto the Cool paper. Then adorned with ribbon and flowers to finish off the layout. There are also the Bon Appetit collectables on the page. The "YUM!" is chipboard letters that I have inked and painted in ranges of reds and black - and then adhered Glossy Accents. The tag "Cakes" is a tag off the sticker sheet.
It's a lovely range with all sorts of lovely papers and embellishments - just love the reds and the browns.
Thanks for looking!

Michelle - Mademoiselle
Goodness did winter make itself felt this weekend ... the snow fortunately (and maybe unfortunately?) skipped over the Christchurch region. But ... did get to see some flurries!
So with cold weather outside and warm indoors - what else better to do than get some creativity on the go..... and here is my take on the beautiful Kaisercraft Mademoiselle collection. This photo is of my daughter and I on a "girls day out"............
I used some flowers, and then the Collectables (these are just gorgeous!) and Stickers from the Mademoiselle range to finish off the layout. Just love the butterfly paper Flutter in this collection - ideal for fussy cutting and adding among the flowers!
Have a lovely week - and keep warm!

Using a pink Bazzill cardstock as my base, I used the Timepiece paper as the next layer. This was cut down about 1cm all around and the edges distressed. I then cut different rectangular sizes of papers from the Blossoms, Floral Sprays, Couture and LadyLike papers, distressed the edges and layered these behind the photo. The green square paper is from the 6x6 pad.
Have a lovely week - and keep warm!

Bon Appetit - Pocket Scrapbooking
August already!!!
I hope this post finds everyone well. Not feeling so great myself at the moment. I feel like I've had this dreaded flu forever and it just wont stop raining. On the plus side, I've had some time to work on my albums. I am finally up to 2013...lol.
For my project today I've made some filler cards for my pocket style pages using the Kaisercraft 'Bon Appetit' collection. I've used the 6x6 paper pad and the die cut collectables to help me make some fast layouts.
Thanks for stopping by. Stay warm, dry & healthy.

The Bon Appetit collection would make a great little family recipe album, recipe cards, or a fun layout of those who love getting messy in the kitchen.
Pocket Pages are from We R Memory Keepers
