I have a few Valentine's Day ideas coming up in the next week and this one is heaps of fun to make.
Each little paper container inside the jar contains a date idea. Each month we will pick one out and we have four weeks to make sure we set aside an evening to do whatever is on the card.
If you have read my posts before - you will know that these "Sour Cream" containers are one of my favorite projects to make.
You can see a detailed tutorial on how to make the containers here and the measurements I used for these particular mini containers were 2"x4" or 5x10cm. I used the Yours Truly Collection from Echo Park. You can use either the 6x6 Paper Pad or the 12 x 12 papers

- Print and cut out 12 ideas for dates for you and your partner
- Roll the date up and insert into the container (see here for the detailed tutorial)
- Seal up the other end
- Make 11 more!
The plastic jar I have used was one I picked up at a dollar store and I used some of the stickers from the Elements Sticker Sheet to decorate. A few small rhinestones, a paper circle in the lid cut with my Cuttlebugand Spellbinders and it's all done!
I have some more Valentine's ideas coming later in the week - and please post a comment with any questions.
