My first layout uses textured black cardstock as a base, and to that, I've added some of the Current patterned paper. A photo of my daughter is layered on top, with a black & white shaped text border taken from the small paper pad used on the left. Another patterned border (the scallop-edge ruler) is placed along the bottom of the photo, along with a strip of hexagons I cut from the sheet of Everyday paper. I love the eclectic & varied range of patterns in this line, and because they're all in similar colours, they mix & match beautifully.
A few Collectables, some bling and another couple of sparkly elements (it is getting close to Christmas, afterall! ) and it's all done. A closer look is below:
The second layout has a base of kraft cardstock, which I've spattered with some ink. I then added some more of the Current paper (clearly one of my favourites, it seems!) and added a photo. Again, I've cut individual hexagons from the Everyday sheet, and arranged them around the photo, along with a selection of Collectables and some Studio Calico wood veneer pieces.
A border strip of letterpress design cut from the small paper pad along the bottom, along with three little bunting triangles cut from sparkly washi tape finishes it all off. :) A couple of close-up shots are below:
This range is one of my recent favourites-- I love the colours, the designs, and the versatility of it. Hello Today is available now in the shop, and I'd love to see what goodies you create with it!
As always, thanks so much for looking, and have a fabulous day.
Cheers,
Stunning layouts Lisa, and oh how I want that little coffee cup!
