Christine S. - Generations

Hi there, how's it going? I hope you've had a great weekend celebrating dads' special day.  Christine S. here posting an album with the lovely Generations collection today.  It's got a heritage & vintage feel to it, which is not my usual style but I did enjoy creating with it.  I like that it has some soft pretty colors mixed in it, rather than having too much brown which some heritage papers may have.  Here's the front cover:

The Generations collection comes with a 12x12 Paper Pad (48 sheets) which I've used in each page of this album.  Aren't the Wooden Babushka Dolls adorable?

The pretty corals, blues & greens are what attracted me to create with this collection, & the inspiring words & quotes that come with it as well.  Perfect for all family & geneaology projects.

A few bits of ribbons & lace have been snuck in the pages & tied to the album ring.

Having the photos printed sepia works well with this collection & gave a lovely nostalgic feel to the whole album.  I'll surely reminisce when looking at this album every time the girls grow up.

There's a variety of Artfull Embellies throughout: Pastel Polka Dots Wooden Button; Antique Bronze Small Key; Pocket Watch Charm; Antique Bronze Clock Face Charm; Antique Bronze Small Flower Charm; Wooden Colored Peg; Silver Heart Charm; & White Waxed Cord.

There's also some old school Kaisercraft rub ons & wooden flourishes on some of the pages.

Of course there are some lovely die cut pieces from the Collectables & phrases from the Sticker Sheet as well.
