Sandy - MME Love Me Projects

It's Sandy posting my Valentine-on-a Budget projects. Lowri wants us to share our crafty loves this month. Well I love to craft on a budget. Let me show you how to make four cards and two gift tags using only NZ$15 of products (plus some bits and bobs from your stash).

Here are the four MME Love Me products I used : Doilies paper, Love paper, Pink Hex paper, Die-Cut Accessories Sheet.  Plus a pack of Kaisercraft Sparklets in Crimson.

Sweetie I Love U pairs a check panel (from the Doilies paper) and an xoxo panel (from the Pink Hex paper) with various die-cut elements. Raid your stash to embellish - push pins, buttons, flowers all work. Everthing then sits on pink cardstock.

These two tags could not be easier to make. Just pop out the die-cut elements and glue them together. Only the large doily require fussy-cutting from the Love paper. Add some ribbons from your stash and you are done in 10 minutes

The card base for Hugs N Kisses is the ledger pattern from the Love paper. The upper part is covered with the red Doilies paper and a tag filled with a whole pack of Kaisercraft Sparklets. The rest are die-cut elements.

The other two cards are created the same way. Layer die-cut elements, pop on some textural embellishments (I used ribbon, crochet flower and some dangly baubles) and glue them onto a card base of MME pattern paper.

Hope you enjoyed my Valentine-on-a-Budget projects. I'll be back tomorrow with tips for using large patterned papers for cardmaking.
