Hi Everyone - this is shorter and revised version of this original post that seems to have somehow corrupted itself!
We've enjoyed the variety of projects that the Team offered us. We started with a Team of 9, but due to illness and people moving away it was reduced to 7. Lowri will be staying on in her role as the Marketing and Design Team Manager at Artfull Crafts and Betsy Clark will also be continuing on the Team. She's responsible for the monthly Card Kit and she also does a wonderful job of taking classes for us at the shop. Even though we are farewelling the other 4, we are still going to keep in contact. We will continue with Tanya Leigh's Sketch of the month challenges, Shirl is now working at the Kaiser Retail Outlet Store (so I'll get to see her when I head over the ditch for a Kaiser event), We'll star Tina when we lauch the new Kutalicious range of acrylic embellies and I'm sure you'll see Joanne's work out there in cyber space! All the old Team Members' work will be loaded into an Alumni Gallery and they will continue to have access to load up their work if they wish. Yay! The Galleries are currently offline as we are working on the new ones...
Many thanks to the people who applied to be on the Team. We had some awesome quality of work and it was tough to put together the right combination. We will blog a collage of submission photos so that you can see the difficult job we had! The new Team will be releaved on Sunday... We're excited!
Let's take a look at some of the great work from the Design Team from the last year.
Leave a comment before Sunday to be in to win two of the wonderful new 6x6 paper pads from My Mind's Eye. The last contest was won by Jac.
Jac - please email lowri.mcnabb@artfullcrafts.co.nz to claim your prize!
what a lot of stunning work done by the past dt, be neat to see who made it to the new team....and wow 2 of the new MME pads those are yummmy papers and Ive been eyeing them up for sure.....good luck everyone
Regarding those MME pads, I was drawling today in the shop. Especially the Lost and Found ones! I resisted the urge to take them home and then I came home and saw the more than 1m high stack of 6x6 pads that I already own and was satisfied that I DON'T need any more... yet!
