This frame is made using a white frame with white photo mat, three 6x4 North Pole "Captured Moments" cards, a North Pole Christmas tag, fussy cut North Pole patterned paper, and clear buttons.
The 6x4 cards are in the frame, and all the embellishing is done on the outside, on the glass. Alternately you could remove the glass and embellish directly on the 6x4 cards and photo mat.
I adore the mint and kraft colours, and knew I wanted them on display this Christmas!
My second project, well three projects really, is a textured tree and baubles. Some people call them handmade pinecones, but with my colour choice they really are just textured baubles!
Made using North Pole patterned paper, plain black and kraft as well, a 1 inch circle punch, foam tree, foam baubles (two sizes) and lots of glue.
You could arrange them in rows like I have, or you could mix up the colours, and create a speckled effect.
I also had fun punching different patterns and words from the patterned paper with the circle punch.
Have you made any new décor item or decorations this year? Made sure you load them up to the competition Gallery to be entered to win some fun prizes!
I like these projects very much, nice work Jessica :-)
